Can I purchase products from your website?
As a distributor of gaming and entertainment accessories, Pinpoint Consumer Electronics sells to trade only. You can find online, High Street and independent stockists by going to the Store Locator page of the site that you will be able to purchase from directly.

Pinpoint Consumer Electronics sells to independent video game stores, major High Street stores and online stores. We operate a no minimum order policy to attract resellers of any size.

No results are showing up when I run a search for my local stores in your Store Locator facility.
The store locator facility only shows stores within a 20 mile radius of the town or postcode you enter. However, if you feel there is a fault with the Store Locator facility please email mike@pinpointce.co.uk and we will rectify the problem.

How do I order?
Once you have completed an account application form (this can be done over the phone) you can then place your order. You can place orders either by calling 01606 558 428 or by emailing michelle@pinpointdigital.co.uk.

How much is delivery?
Delivery on orders over £100 + VAT are free of charge, orders under £100 will be subject to a £6 delivery charge.

We accept credit/debit cards, cheque, cash or BACs.

If I order today how long will my order take to arrive?
We operate a next day delivery services, all orders made by 2pm will be delivered the following day. All orders made after 2pm will be processed the following day.

How do I qualify for discount if I order in bulk?
We are willing to negotiate discounts at our discretion on orders we consider to be of a qualifying value, if you would like to discuss bulk buying discounts please mention this when placing your order.

Can I purchase from your website?
At the moment we do not operate an online ordering system, however this is something we are looking into and we may bring this functionality to the site in the near future.

We announce all new and forthcoming products in our monthly newsletter, and also display them on the homepage of the website.

How do I get free point of sale for my store/web adverts for my site?
We offer a variety of point of sale materials for our key products, including posters, dummy boxes and information cards. Please email michelle@pinpointdigital.co.uk to order yours.
We also offer free animated banner and button adverts for our key products that resellers can add to their website to increase sale of specific products. Go to the Stockists section of the site to download yours today.
